Customer Care

Our specialists enable us to show our customers how much we truly care. They provide customers with exceptional after-sales technical and product support. We believe top-notch customer support is crucial to creating long-lasting relationships with our customers and demonstrating the kind of respectful and empathic service people deserve.


Our dedicated team in fulfilment are responsible for making sure your products arrive, with the care and timing we strive to achieve. These behind the scene heroes work alongside our Operations Managers to assist throughout the invoicing, logistics and installation process and are always there to provide caring support to customers when called upon.


We pride ourselves on our leading reputation, due in no small part to our sales team who are the first point of contact for our customers. Their role is to understand our customers' needs and provide support and information to guide them through the decision-making process.

  • What should I expect during the recruitment process?

    If you've been shortlisted to move forward, a member of our recruitment team will reach out to you. As part of our review process and company culture, we also include a voluntary personality assessment for all applicants. Whether you chose to partake is entirely up to you, however many applicants find the information valuable. Interviews are normally scheduled within 2 weeks, however, this can be less or more depending on operations. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding, you will hear from us regardless of the outcome.
